What is the process?

The process is very simple, and is catered to your individual needs:

1) Schedule a free consultation

A phone or video consultation will allow us to fully-understand your needs and how best we can fulfill them. During this time we can discuss concepts for your photos, casting and site ideas, and anything else that comes to mind. If it seems like a good fit we can discuss roughly what scope, budget and schedule might look like, and a more detailed scope can be further prepared if necessary.

2) Review and sign a service agreement

Work scope, costs, delivery, and licensing arrangements will be captured in a service agreement. This ensures clarity and alignment across the board, and provides for a smooth project execution.

3) We will start our pre-production planning

Depending on the nature of the project, this can involve site planning and prep, or booking a studio, or even location scouting and permit applications. A mood board will be prepared and shared to ensure creative alignment on the finished outcome, and depending on the complexity of the production a call sheet and shot list may be prepared to document preparation and execution details.

4) Photoshoot!

For the big day all the preparations will pay off, and the experience of the team will ensure that any bumps along the way will be managed effectively. For creative sessions it is important to start with a set plan, but also be aware and skilled enough to deviate from this should circumstances, or sometimes, golden opportunities, intervene.

5) Review of proofing gallery and selection of images

Following the creative session, an online gallery will be prepared for the client to choose their final images from. This can either be done by the client alone, or together with the photographer.

6) Editing and delivery of images

Chosen final images will be edited to ensure they each look good on their own, but just as importantly that they look consistent across the set.
