This is different from selfies and snapshots… This is something that is truly intentional and completely centered around you. Having someone you trust place you in the very best light, guide your movements and process to build drama and emotion, and create a safe and supportive environment where your confidence will continue to build throughout the experience. Something special happens in the space between you and the camera. These are frames of your life that you can hold in your hands forever.

Who This is For

This experience is for you if:

You've done the generic headshot, the casual selfie, the event-night photo that looked nothing like you. You're tired of seeing images where you look polished but absent. Nice, but not alive.

You want to be photographed by someone who knows how to direct. Someone who sees your best self and brings it out through movement and light, not by asking you to "relax" and "smile naturally" while you pose static like a still-life.

You're looking for something to keep. Not Instagram content. Real images that you'll look back on in five or fifty years and remember who you were that day.

You might be a creative professional, someone stepping into a new chapter, or someone who wants evidence of their own confidence. You might be someone who's never felt like you could take those magical photos, and finally wants to know what that actually feels like.

You're open, present, and willing to try something that doesn't feel like a traditional photoshoot.

This is not for you if:

You want to choose every pose and direct the photographer. You need maximum control over the outcome.

You're looking for fast turnaround. This takes time because we're not making volume - we're making images that are genuinely extraordinary.

You are looking for content to fill a feed. These images aren't designed for TikTok or to prove something to someone else. They're for you.

What Actually Happens

We start with a conversation… A real one-to-one exchange about what you want, what you're afraid of, what you see when you imagine yourself at your best. I'm listening for the version of you that is wanting to be expressed - and maybe just needs an opportunity and permission to do so.

When you arrive, there's someone doing and fixing your hair and makeup throughout the entire session. Not to make you look artificial, but to hold space for you, adjust details you don't have to think about, and create a buffer between you and the raw experience of being photographed.

The actual shoot moves slowly and deliberately. These are not rapid-fire sessions. We will typically move through 3–4 looks across multiple rooms and moods. Some shots are still, while some have you moving, thinking, looking in or out of frame. Some might just have you sitting with coffee between setups. The cinematic part isn't the lighting or the posing or any one thing. It's the way we treat you like you're the main character of your own story, not a prop in someone else’s.

Every direction is motivated by a why. Not "turn your head left" but "I want the light to catch the side of your face like this, and I want you to thinking about the last time this happened…" You're never guessing what to do.

At the end, you will receive a gallery of curated images. You don't have to hunt for your favourites in thousands of thumbnails. The extraordinary will already be separated from the good. You can then decide to take them home as printed albums, wall art, digital files, or a combination.

The Experience Itself

Full Edit - $1,250

Hair and makeup, 2–3 hour photo session, 15 retouched digital images, 3–4 outfit changes.

This will be a deliberate and guided experience. We will have planned out the shoot concept during our consultation session, and everything will be prepared for you to have the best experience in seeing the vison come to life. We will always be on the lookout for the “happy surprises” that make experiences like this so fun.

Cinematic Lux - $1,950

Hair and makeup, 3-4 hour photo session, 25 retouched digital images, snacks and champagne, instant camera album to take home.

This will be an unhurried day with room to breath between concepts. We will leave space to surprise yourself, or explore new ideas that might come to us through the course of our planned session. Take a break for snacks and drinks. You will walk away with an instant album that you can hold and flip through right away so you can re-live what you just accomplished - show it to people who ask: "You did what??"

Additional digital images, prints, and wall art that can be ordered if you want more of your beautiful photos around you as keepsakes to remember your day every day. Custom locations can be accommodated if you have a space that is special to you. Cinematic video can be captured during the session, and the help of an outfit stylist can be arranged prior to your session if you want help planning out looks.
